摘要
提出了以DPF前端温度作为控制目标的尾管喷油DPF再生方法。详细介绍了该系统的构成、再生控制策略以及再生试验。试验结果表明:该再生系统能有效去除沉积在DPF载体表面的碳颗粒,恢复DPF载体过滤颗粒物的功能。
The method of DPF regeneration by injecting fuel into tail pipe with the temperature of the front end of the DPF as the control objective is presented.The system composition,its control strategy and the test of DPF regeneration are described in details.The test results indicate that the PM on the interior surface of the DPF can be removed effectively with this system and the DPF's function of filtrating PM can be restored.
