摘要
针对当前城乡建设中信息反馈滞后、资源匹配困难等问题。本文以阜新市为例,结合数字化和可视化等手段架构城乡建设数字化平台。首先提出阜新市城乡建设数字化总平台的架构,然后将总平台与子平台关联整合,最后构建以住建委为核心的城乡建设数字化子平台。通过将数字化技术融合到城乡建设管理中,综合技术、经济及管理等手段,以高效、便民的方式解决城乡建设面临的问题,为阜新市城乡建设管理决策提供新思路。
In view of the current urban and rural construction information feedback lag,resource matching difficulties and other issues.This paper takes Fuxin city as an example to construct a digital platform for urban and rural construction by means of digitalization and visualization.First of all,it proposes the architecture of Fuxin's urban and rural construction digital master platform,then integrates the master platform with the sub-platform,and finally constructs the urban and rural construction digital sub-platform centered on the Construction Committee.By integrating digital technology into urban and rural construction management and integrating technology,economy and management,we can solve the problems faced by urban and rural construction in an efficient and convenient way and provide new ideas for urban and rural construction management decision-making in Fuxin City.
