摘要 目的分析多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗新生儿窒息后肾损害的临床效果及其对肾功能指标的影响。方法用双盲法将2017年2月19日至2018年2月19日在本院接受治疗的100例新生儿窒息后肾损害患儿分为对照组(实施常规治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上实施多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗),各50例。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平及各脏器损伤情况。结果观察组显效率、治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血肌酐、血尿素氮水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心功能损害、胃肠功能障碍发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗新生儿窒息后肾损害效果显著,可改善患儿肾功能,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of renal damage after neonatal asphyxia and its effect on indicators of renal function.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with neonatal renal damage after asphyxia treated in our hospital from February 19,2017 to February 19,2018 were divided into control group (routine treatment) and observation group (dopamine combined with dobutamine treatment on the basis of the control group),with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen,and organ damage were compared between the two groups.Results The marked efficiency and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The incidences of cardiac dysfunction and gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of renal damage after neonatal asphyxia has a significant effect.It can improve the renal function of children with asphyxia and has high safe.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
