摘要
目的探讨Solitaire支架取栓应用于脑内血管闭塞的的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月—2018年7月期间收治的62例脑内血管闭塞患者的临床资料,所有患者均行Solitaire支架取栓治疗。观察患者的治疗情况,采用神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)对手术前及术后1周患者神经功能恢复情况进行评价。结果 62例中49例患者经Solitaire支架取栓成功,术后血管完全再通,9例取栓术后存在局部狭窄情况再次行支架成形后完全再通,4例取栓失败。术后1周,患者NIHSS评分(6.71±1.31)分较术前(11.38±5.13)分显著改善(t=6.945 1,P<0.05)。结论 Solitaire支架取栓术的取栓成功率高,可促进脑内血管闭塞患者血管再通,帮助改善患者神经功能,安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Solitaire stent thrombectomy for vascular occlusion in the brain.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with intracerebral vascular occlusion admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent Solitaire stent thrombectomy.The patient's treatment was observed,and the neurological deficit score(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the neurological recovery of the patient before and 1 week after surgery.Results 49 of the 62 patients were successfully treated with Solitaire stent.The postoperative blood vessels were completely recanalized.In 9 patients,local stenosis was performed after stenting and recanalization was performed after stenting.4 patients failed to receive thrombectomy.One week after surgery,the NIHSS score of(6.71±1.31)points was significantly improved compared with(11.38±5.13)points before surgery(t=6.945 1,P﹤0.05).Conclusion Solitaire stent thrombectomy has a high success rate of thrombectomy,which can promote the recanalization of blood vessels in patients with cerebral occlusion,and help to improve the neurological function of patients.It is safe and effective and worth promoting.
