摘要
装配式建筑是结构系统、外围护系统、设备和管线系统的主要部分采用预制部品部件集成的建筑[1]。装配式建筑具有诸多优点,如:构件生产标准化、机械化程度高、施工现场污染少、构件质量可靠性好。目前我国正积极推广绿色建筑和建材,大力发展装配式建筑。随着最近几年装配式建造技术在全国的推广,装配式技术建造正在迅速发展,商业办公建筑中装配式建造技术运用相对较少,技术、经验相对缺乏。
Prefabricated building refers to the integrated building which the main part of structural system,envelope system,equipment and pipeline system adopts the prefabricated parts and components.Prefabricated building has many advantages,such as standardization of component production,high degree of mechanization,less pollution in construction site and good reliability of component quality.At present,China is actively promoting green building and building materials,vigorously developing assembly building.With the popularization of assembly construction technology in China in recent years,assembly construction technology is developing rapidly.The application of assembly construction technology in commercial office buildings is relatively small,and the technology and experience are relatively scarce.
