摘要
全面推行河长制是落实绿色发展理念、推进生态文明建设的创新举措。本文总结了莱芜市河长制工作启动以来的主要做法,梳理分析了工作中存在的主要问题,并结合莱芜市实际,从广开监督渠道、严格考核与问责等方面提出了改进建议,以期对下一步深入实行河长制乃至全面实行湖长制工作提供参考。
Comprehensive implementation of the river chief system is an innovative measure to implement the concept of green development and promote the construction of ecological civilization.Main practice of Laiwu since the starting of the river chief system is summarized,and main problems in the work are sorted and analyzed in the paper.Practical condition of Laiwu is combined for proposing improvement suggestions in the aspects of widening supervision channels,implementing strict assessment and accountability,etc,thereby providing reference for further implementing the river chief system deeply and even comprehensively carrying out lake chief system.
