摘要
从建设类型、功能定位、体制机制等方面对上海研发与转化功能型平台进行分析,研究该类型平台的发展现状及特点。通过与广东省新型研发机构进行对比分析,总结上海在建设功能型平台方面的先进经验及做法。从扶持方式、动态管理、产业布局等方面,为加快广东省新型研发机构发展提供对策建议。
This paper analyzes the Research and Development(R&D)and transformation functional platform in Shanghai from the aspects of construction type,function orientation,system mechanism,etc.Through the comparison and analysis with the new R&D institutions in Guangdong Province,the advanced experience and practice in the construction of functional platform in Shanghai are summarized.Finally,from the support mode,dynamic management,industrial layout,to speed up the development of new R & D institutions in Guangdong Province to provide countermeasures.
