摘要
高校预算管理中校内预算与财政部门预算脱节现象由来已久,由于种种原因,两者的衔接问题在实务工作并没有得到完全有效的解决,通过分析,从预算管理的实际情况出发,提出了几个有针地性的具体措施。
The phenomenon of dislocation in college budget management has a long history.It mainly refers to the poor budget disconnection between the college and the financial department.For various reasons,this problem has not been completely and effectively solved in the practical work.Based on the actual situation of budget management,several specific countermeasures have been proposed in the paper.
