摘要
目的探究将综合护理干预应用于冠心病患者中,对其生活质量的影响。方法在2016年7月—2017年6月之间展开该次研究,将对应研究时间段内的66例冠心病患者作为该次研究对象,按照随机序号法将患者分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+综合护理干预);分别护理后观察两组患者的生活质量等情况,并实施组间对比分析。结果两组患者的血压血脂水平、生活质量在护理前均无显著差异,护理后观察组均优于对照组,其中护理后观察组血压血脂水平(4.36±1.09)mmol/L显著低于对照组(5.37±1.12)mmol/L,两组对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.712,P<0.05),且观察组护理满意率为(96.96%),高于对照组的(69.69%),两组均差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.836,P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于冠心病患者中,可提高其生活质量,帮助患者得到较好恢复,因此值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease and their quality of life.Methods The study was conducted between July 2016 and June 2017.66 patients with coronary heart disease in the corresponding study period were included in the study.Patients were divided into control groups according to the random number method(conventional care).)and observation group(conventional nursing+comprehensive nursing intervention);observe the quality of life of the two groups of patients after nursing,and carry out comparative analysis between groups.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and blood lipid levels and quality of life between the two groups.The observation group was better than the control group after nursing.The blood pressure and blood lipid level(4.36±1.09)mmol/L of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group of(5.37±1.12)mmol/L,the contrast between the two groups was signifiant different(t=3.712,P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was(96.96%),which was higher than that of the control group(69.69%).There was significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=8.836,P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with coronary heart disease can improve their quality of life and help patients get better recovery,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
