摘要
针对各行业对城市高精度DEM数据的迫切需求,一种基于多源数据融合的高精度DEM建模方法被提出。该方法在分析城市特征地貌特点的基础上,融合城市框架、机载激光扫描、车载激光扫描和特征点线等多源数据,按照一定规则构建覆盖整个区域的不规则三角网TIN,有效地降低了DEM建模成本,提高了DEM数据精度和模型精细程度,解决了城市中下立交、地道、桥梁和地下车库入口等众多复杂人工地形的三维表达问题。该方法和成果应用于城市智能化灾害预警发布系统案例中,取得了较好的效果。
With the increase demand of City High-accuracy DEM data,the paper put forward a method of fusing multisource data based on city framework,LiDAR,vehicle-laser scanning and feature line data.The method makes full use of the existing data resources of city.According to certain rules,the irregular triangular network(TIN)covering the whole region is constructed,effectively reducing the cost of DEM modeling,increased the DEM data precision and the fine degree of DEM,solving the problem of demonstrating overpass,tunnel,bridge and garage entrance of city.The DEM data is applied in the city intelligent disaster warning distribution system,demonstrating that the method is feasible and practical.
