摘要
分析气雾栽培箱外部温度为18℃和20℃,18℃和22℃营养液雾化后,气雾栽培箱内部和生菜根系周围温度的变化,采用CFD(计算流体动力学)方法对气雾栽培箱内部温度场进行数值模拟与预测。结果表明:当气雾栽培箱外部温度18℃时,22℃营养液雾化后,气雾栽培箱内部温度的实测值和模拟值的差值均小于2.9℃,平均相对误差为8.1%,均方根误差为1.2℃。所建CFD模型准确有效。
The temperature inside the aeroponics cultivation box and the temperature of the lettuces'roots were simulated and predicted by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,after the atomization of the nutrient solution at 18℃and 22℃under the external temperature of the aeroponics cultivation box at 18℃and 20℃.The results show that the difference between the measured value and the simulated value of the internal temperature of the aeroponics cultivation box is less than 2.9℃after the atomization of the nutrient solution at 18℃and 22℃with the average relative error of 8.1%and mean square root error of 1.2℃.It is shown that the CFD model is accurate and effective.
