摘要
腐蚀属于金属物料和周边环境出现自然反应所引起的损害,会造成物料磨损、流体外泄等,腐蚀的危害性很大,资金成本耗费量无法估计,特别是衍生的安全风险,危害员工生命安全,所以,防腐工作刻不容缓。本文介绍了压力容器出现腐蚀的主要因素,接着详细介绍了有效的防范对策。
Corrosion belongs to the damage caused by natural reaction of metal materials and surrounding environment,which can cause material wear,fluid leakage,etc.Corrosion is very harmful,and the cost of capital can not be estimated,especially the safety risks derived from it,which endanger the lives of employees.Therefore,the work of anti-corrosion is urgent.This paper introduces the main factors of pressure vessel corrosion,and then introduces the effective preventive measures in detail.
