摘要
当前,逆向工程在制造业中受到广泛的关注。其中,在金属材料模具设计研究过程中,逆向工程也有广泛的应用。在金属材料模具设计过程中应用逆向工程,不仅可以提高模具的设计水平和制造水平,减少产品的开发时间,提高设计生产效率,同时还可以提高产品的市场竞争力。本文就通过对逆向工程进行简单介绍,引入逆向工程在金属材料模具设计中的实践应用,即依据原有金属样件制造模具、对金属材料模具进行修改定型、对金属材料模具进行二次创新、对损坏或磨损的金属材料模具进行还原等,从而加强逆向工程的实践综合应用价值。
At present,reverse engineering has attracted wide attention in manufacturing industry.Among them,reverse engineering is also widely used in the process of metal material die design and research.The application of reverse engineering in the process of metal material die design can not only improve the level of die design and manufacturing,reduce product development time,improve design efficiency,but also improve the market competitiveness of products.This paper briefly introduces reverse engineering and introduces the practical application of reverse engineering in the design of metal material dies,that is,manufacturing dies based on original metal samples,modifying and finalizing metal material dies,making secondary innovations in metal material dies,reducing damaged or worn metal material dies,etc.In order to strengthen the practical and comprehensive application value of reverse engineering.
