摘要
本文利用熔体反应法向Al-Si合金中加入ZrB_2,借助制备Al-Zr-B中间合金的工艺,制出ZrB2—A390复合材料,并对其微观组织进行了研究。通过高倍视频光学显微镜(HSVM)、场发射式扫描电镜(FESEM)对两种复合材料的组织形貌观察和成分分析。在ZrB_2/Al-Si合金的组织中:大量的ZrAl3相弥散分布在合金中,ZrB2则依附在初晶硅上。Zr的存在形式有2种:一种是形成ZrAl3,另一种是ZrB2化合物。
In this paper,ZrB2-A390 composites were prepared by adding ZrB2 into Al-Si alloy by melt reaction normal method and by means of the process of preparing Al-Zr-B master alloy,and their microstructures were studied.Microstructure and composition of the two composites were observed and analyzed by high power video optical microscopy(HSVM)and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).In the structure of ZrB2/Al-Si alloy,a large number of ZrAl3 phases are dispersed in the alloy,while ZrB2 is attached to primary silicon.There are two forms of Zr:one is the formation of ZrAl3,the other is ZrB2 compound.
