摘要
采用碱石灰低钙烧结法从内蒙古某地的高铝粉煤灰中提取氧化铝,考察了配合料碱比、烧结温度和烧结时间等条件对熟料加工性能的影响,利用X射线衍射分析和熟料标准溶出率对熟料加工性能进行评价,并初步分析了高铝粉煤灰碱石灰低钙烧结的机理。结果表明:在配合料碱比N/R=1. 10,钙比C/S=1. 00时,烧结温度1150℃左右,烧结时间60min的烧结制度下,粉煤灰中的铝以Na2O·Al2O3形式、硅以Na2O·CaO·SiO2形式存在于熟料中,粉煤灰熟料中氧化铝的溶出率可以达到96%以上。
Alumina was extracted from high-alumina fly ash from a certain area in Inner Mongolia by soda lime low calcium sintering method.The effects of alkali ratio,sintering temperature and sintering time on the processing properties of clinker were investigated.The processing performance of clinker was evaluated by X-ray diffraction analysis and standard dissolution rate and the mechanism of low calcium sintering of high-alumina fly ash was preliminarily analyzed.The results show that the aluminum was in the form of Na 2O·Al 2O 3 in fly ash,and the silicon was in the form of Na 2O·CaO·SiO 2 in clinker under the sintering system with the alkali ratio N/R=1.10,calcium ratio C/S=1.00,sintering temperature of about 1150℃and sintering time of 60 min,and the dissolution rate of alumina in the clinker can reach 96%or more.
