摘要
目的比较一次性根管与多次根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法收集2016年6月～2017年9月我院择期行根管治疗术的90例急性牙髓炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组45例和对照组45例,观察组患者接受一次性根管治疗,对照组患者接受多次根管治疗,比较两组患者治疗时间、治疗前后疼痛评分变化情况、近期和远期疗效、术后并发症发生率以及治疗满意度情况。结果观察组患者治疗时间及治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后1周、1年总有效率比较并无统计学差异(97.78%vs 93.33%)、(93.33%vs 86.67%)(P>0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(6.67%vs 22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总满意度高于对照组(91.11%vs 75.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎疗效与多次根管相似,但治疗时间更短、疼痛改善效果更好、并发症更少,值得临床推荐。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of disposable root canal and multiple root canals in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with acute pulpitis who underwent elective root canal therapy from June 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were collected and divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the treatment plan.Patients in the observation group were given disposable root canal treatment,and those in the control group were given multiple root canals treatment.The treatment time,changes in pain score before and after treatment,short-term and long-term efficacy,incidence rate of postoperative complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment time and post-treatment VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups at 1 week and 1 year after treatment[(97.78)%vs(93.33)%and(93.33)%vs(86.67)%](P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(6.67%vs 22.22%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91.11%vs 75.56%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of disposable root canal treatment on acute pulpitis is similar to that of the multiple root canals,but with shorter treatment time,better pain reliving effect,and fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
