摘要
【目的】探究不同^(60)Co-γ射线辐射对朝牧1号谷稗种子幼苗生长以及生理效应的影响。【方法】以朝牧1号谷稗种子为试材,采用0、50、100、150、200和250 Gy的^(60)Co-γ射线辐射谷稗种子,对不同辐射剂量的谷稗种子进行幼苗培养,测定辐射对其幼苗的生长和叶片生理生化的影响,并对各指标进行相关性和主成分分析。【结果】辐射抑制了谷稗幼苗的生长,250 Gy对其幼苗的生长抑制作用较强;随着辐射剂量的增加,可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和总叶绿素含量均呈先增后减的变化趋势,相对电导率和丙二醛含量呈先减后增的变化趋势,过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈先增后减的变化趋势。【结论】综合主成分的方差贡献率和主成分的原性状相关矩阵值计算出特征向量分析发现,50~200 Gy辐射剂量可用于谷稗的辐射育种。
[Purpose]To investigate the effects of different 60Co-γ-rays irradiation for Echinochloa crusgalli‘Zhaomu No.1’on the growth and physiological effects of seedlings.[Method]The seeds of E.crusgalli‘Zhaomu No.1’were used as the test material and treated with different doses of 60Co-γradiation.60Co-γ-ray irradiation dose was 0,50,100,150,200 and 250 Gy.E.crusgalli seeds were cultured seedlings with different radiation doses.The changes of growth,physiological and biochemical indexes of leaves were measured and the indexes were analyzed by correlation and principal component analysis.[Result]Radiation inhibited the growth of E.crusgalli seedlings,and 250 Gy doses of radiation had a stronger inhibitory effect on their seedlings.With the increase of radiation dose,soluble sugar,proline,soluble protein and total chlorophyll content was increased first and then decreased trend.The relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content decreased first and then increased.Peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)showed a trend of increased first and then decreased.[Conclusion]By analyzing the variance contribution ratio of principal components and the correlation matrix value of principal components,the characteristic vector analysis shows that the 50?200 Gy radiation dose can be used in the radiation breeding of E.crusgalli.
