摘要
目的研究中医院校贫困生的心理健康状况和人格特征。方法于2017年3月~9月,按照分层随机抽样的原则选择某中医院校800名在校贫困生,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16PF人格因素问卷进行群体心理测评。结果贫困大学生的心理问题的检出率为27.95%;在16PF个性因素得分方面,贫困生在"有恒性""敏感性""怀疑性""忧虑性""自主性""紧张性""乐观性""稳定性""兴奋性""敢为性"方面得分高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);"稳定性""自主性""自律性"能正向预测心理健康水平,解释量分别为14.00%、15.00%、11.00%。"兴奋性""忧虑性"负向预测心理健康水平,解释量分别为9.00%、8.00%。结论贫困大学生的心理健康状况需要给予足够的重视,人格是影响心理健康的重要因素。学校应对于贫困大学生采取必要的政策扶持和有针对性的心理健康教育。
Objective To study the mental health status and personality characteristics of poor students in Chinese medicine schools.Methods From March to September 2017,according to the principle of stratified random sampling,800 poor students in a Chinese medicine hospital were selected.The symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)and the cartel 16PF personality factor questionnaire were used to conduct group psychology.Evaluation.Results The detection rate of psychological problems of poor college students was 27.95%.In terms of 16PF personality factor scores,poor students were"positive","sensitive","suspicious","anxious","autonomy","tension"and"optimistic".Sexuality,"stability","excitability"and"dareness"were higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);"stability","autonomy"and"self-discipline"were positive predictive psychology.The level of health was 14.00%,15.00%,and 11.00%,respectively."Excitability"and"anxiety"negatively predict mental health,with an interpretation of 9.00%and 8.00%,respectively.Conclusion The mental health status of poor college students needs to be given enough attention.Personality is an important factor affecting mental health.Schools should adopt necessary policy support and targeted mental health education for poor college students.
