摘要
"互联网+"时代,跨境电商产业作为新兴产业成为大学生创新创业的新平台。依托"中国大学生跨境电商创新创业大赛"平台,从"机制体制""校企协同""教学相长""理论实践"四个维度探讨了跨境电商"四维一体"实践体系的构建,让学生参与企业实际运营,促进理论和实践的结合;根据社会和企业需求,完善和改革人才培养方案和人才培养方式;加强校企合作,建立真实的教学和实践环境,解决人才培养的瓶颈问题。
In the era of "Internet +",the cross-border e-commerce industry as a new industry has become a new platform for university students to innovate and start businesses.Relying on the platform of "China University Students Cross-border E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition",this paper explores the construction of cross-border e-commerce "four-dimensional integration" practice system from the four dimensions of "mechanism system","school-enterprise cooperation","mutual teaching" and "theoretical practice".Let students participate in the actual operation of enterprises,promote the combination of theory and practice; according to the needs of society and enterprises,improve and reform personnel training programs and methods; strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,establish a real teaching and practical environment,solve the bottleneck problem of personnel training.
