面向国际认证的高职教学监控体系研究与思考

摘要 走向国际化是社会经济发展对高职院校的一种外在新期待和新要求,也是高职院校提升自我的一个内在需求.基于目前高职教学监控体系存在的一些问题,如科学性和系统性不足、标准缺乏、主客体倒置等,笔者以国际上通行的适合高职院校的《悉尼协议》理念、手段、方法为借鉴,对目前教学监控体系中存在的问题进行分析,以协议中的准则为参考,提出一些建议与措施,以提升教学监控体系的有效性与效率. Internationalization is regarded as the new expectation imposed by social and economic development on higher vocational schools,as well as their internal need to achieve self-improvement.As to the monitoring system of the quality of teaching,we observe that there are a number of problems,such as lack of scientific and systematic methods,and standard criterion,etc.By considering the popular certification “Sydney Accord”,whose concept,method,and measurement are suitable for vocational colleges,we analyze existing problems in the teaching monitoring system,and propose a series of suggestion and measurement to improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
