磁共振水成像技术在泪道阻塞检查中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨磁共振水成像(MRH)在检查泪道阻塞中的临床应用价值。方法选取33例(58侧泪道)泪道阻塞患者作为泪道阻塞组,同期选取本院27名(54侧泪道)健康志愿者作为正常对照组,采用MRH技术分别对受检者进行检查。检查时,在双侧结膜囊滴入生理盐水,采用三维快速恢复快速自旋回波序列进行检查,并分析成像结果,与内窥镜检查结果进行比较。结果 54侧正常眼泪道和58侧溢泪眼泪小管在MRH检查中成像不清晰,54侧正常眼鼻泪管以及泪囊检测显像清晰,58侧溢泪眼MRH技术检测结果与泪道冲洗诊断结果相同。结论磁共振水成像技术是一种准确、安全的检查方法,在检查泪道阻塞中具有重要价值。 Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance hydrography( MRH) in detecting lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods A total of 33 patients( 58 lacrimal duct) were selected as study group,and 27 healthy volunteers( 54 lacrimal duct) were selected as normal control group.The patients were examined by MRH. During the examination,saline was dripped into bilateral conjunctival sacs,and the three-dimensional fast recovery spin echo sequence was used for examination.The imaging results were analyzed and compared with those of endoscopy. Results The MRH images of 54 normal lacrimal ducts and 58 epiphoric lacrimal ducts were not clear in MRH examination. The MRH images of 54 normal eyes,lacrimal ducts and lacrimal sacs were clear. The MRH results of 58 epiphoric eyes were in accordance with lacrimal duct irrigation. MRH can clearly show the lacrimal sac and nasolacrimal duct,and can correctly judge the obstruction and morphological changes of lacrimal duct. Conclusion Magnetic resonance hydrography is an accurate and safe method for the examination of lacrimal duct obstruction.
