摘要
指出导游员的旅游幸福感直接关乎旅游接待质量和旅游地总体形象,以莆田市导游队伍为研究对象,问卷抽样调查该群体的旅游幸福感感知情况,剖析了导游薪酬结构不合理、职业认同感低、执业环境不良以及粗放式管理是导致其旅游幸福感不高的四大主因,并就此相应提出提升导游旅游幸福感的四大策略,旨在为莆田市旅游行政管理部门关注旅游从业人员的旅游幸福感,提升旅游接待品质提供理论借鉴和参考。
Tourist guide's sense of tourism happiness is directly related to the quality of tourist reception and the overall image of tourist destination.Taking Putian Tourist Guide Team as the research object,this paper makes a sample survey of the group s perception of tourism happiness by questionnaires.It analyses that the unreasonable salary structure,low professional identity,poor professional environment and extensive management of tour guides are the causes.Four main causes of low tourism happiness are put forward,and four strategies are put forward to improve the tourist guide's tourism happiness.The purpose is to provide theoretical reference and reference for Putian tourism administrative department to pay attention to the tourist workers tourism happiness and improve the quality of tourist reception.
