摘要
监狱教育改造成效评价目前存在属系统内评价、社会参与度不高、评价标准缺少科学性等问题,不能客观反映教育改造效果,需要建立由社会第三方机构对监狱教育改造成效进行评价的机制。在这一机制建立过程中,需要提高对其重要性的认识,委托有资质的第三方评估机构开展评估,建立科学的评估体系和标准,确保充足的评估工作经费,并重视评估结果的运用。
At present,the evaluation of the effectiveness of prison education reform has problems such as the evaluation within the system,the low degree of social participation,and the lack of scientific evaluation standards.The situation can not objectively reflect the effect of educational reform,and relevant mechanisms need to be established for evaluating the effectiveness of educational reform in prisons by social institutions of third parties.In the process of establishing the mechanisms,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of its importance,entrust qualified third-party evaluation institutions to carry out the evaluation,establish a scientific evaluation system and standards,ensure adequate funds for the evaluation and attach importance to the application of the evaluation results.
