摘要
主要阐述了监理企业如何在"一带一路"战略引导下抓住战略时机,利用国家不断加大对外投资的机遇,积极实践"走出去"战略意图。通过对一些企业开展境外项目工程咨询服务中遇到问题的分析,剖析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了解决这些问题的措施和企业在实施境外项目咨询管理中需要注意的事项,为监理企业以"走出去"的方式快速实现转型升级和最终实现企业的国际化目标提供一种思路。
This article mainly expounds how to seize the strategic opportunity under the guidance of the strategy of "one belt and one road", and how to use the opportunity of the state to increase foreign investment and actively practice the strategic intention of "going out". Through the analysis of the problems encountered by some enterprises in carrying out overseas project engineering consultation service, this paper analyses the causes of these problems, puts forward the measures to solve these problems and the matters needing attention in the implementation of overseas project consultation management, so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of supervision enterprises in the way of "going out". Finally, it will provide a way to achieve the goal of internationalization.
