摘要
研究对象为含微网的配电网,微网由柴油机、光伏发电系统和负荷组成,考虑配电网故障时微网对邻近配电网负荷供电的行为,并分析此行为对配电网可靠性的影响。在传统时序模拟法可靠性评估算法的基础上,建立了负荷和光伏发电系统的时序波动模型、基于下垂特性的柴油机组复功率模型。微网对外供电区域的划分计及了有功无功平衡和系统电压/频率约束。提出了微网支撑率和微网支撑电力期望两个可靠性指标,并对改进的RBTS Bus6配电系统进行了可靠性评估,算例结果验证所提模型和算法的合理性。
This paper studied a distribution network,which contains a microgrid and consists of diesel generator,photovoltaic system and load.The microgrid will transmit power to surrounding load points when the outside network breaks down,this paper analyzed the influence of such performance of the microgrid on the distribution system reliability.Models of time-varying load,photovoltaic and diesel generator considering its drooping characteristics were established.Constrains that both active and reactive power need to be balanced and that system frequency and voltage should be within certain ranges were taken into consideration.Then the paper proposed two new reliability indexes--Under Microgrid Support Probability(UMSP)and Expected Microgird Offering Power(EMOP).Finally,the reliability of a modified RBTS BUS6 system was evaluated.The example results verified the above models and algorithms.
