摘要
目的分析中国公立医院干细胞临床研究与相关伦理管理的基本状况。方法对上海市、天津市和贵州省10所公立医院进行了机构问卷调查、伦理委员会的问卷调查与关键知情者访谈。结果被调查的公立医院干细胞临床研究刚刚起步,主要方向是难治性疾病。在干细胞临床研究相关伦理委员会中,具有干细胞临床研究背景的人员相对缺乏。此外,中国尚缺乏国家层面的可操作的干细胞临床研究伦理管理规范。结论中国应从结构上提升干细胞临床研究相关伦理委员会的审核能力,完善干细胞临床研究的伦理规范。
Objective: To analyze the basic status of clinical stem-cell research and related ethical management in public hospitals of China. Methods: Institutional questionnaires survey,ethics committee questionnaire survey and interviews with key informants were conducted in 10 public hospitals in Shanghai,Tianjin and Guizhou provinces. Results: The clinical stem-cell research in surveyed public hospitals had just started and the main direction of the research was refractory diseases. In the related ethics committee of clinical stem-cell research,there was a relative lack of the members with background of clinical stem-cell research. In addition,our country still lacked operable ethical management regulations for clinical stem-cell research at the national level. Conclusion:Our country should improve review competence of relevant ethics committee for clinical stem-cell research from the structure and improve the ethical regulations for clinical stem-cell research.
