摘要
为了培养高层次应用型的一线IT软件工程师,以CDIO工程理念为指导,以社会实际需求为导向,以校企全学段深度合作培养为路径,提出了"毕业证书+行业认证"的培养要求,实施软件工程专业的"2+1+1"培养模式,设计"专业基础+专业课程+企业课程+项目实训+毕业实习"的软件工程人才培养方案,引入IT企业软件工程师,探索以项目实训形式的软件工程特色班,成立软件工程专业综合能力提升指导中心,强化教学质量监控,形成定位准确、培养目标明确的面向卓越IT工程师的软件工程专业人才培养模式。
In order to cultivate higher level IT software engineers, this paper takes CDIO concept as a guide, applies social needs as direction and cooperation of school and enterprise as the training method, and presents the training target of "graduate certification pluses industrial certification". It presents "2+1+1" training mode, designs "professional foundation + disciplinary curriculum + enterprise curriculum + project + graduate practice" training scheme. We introduce enterprise engineers as teachers, organize a project-oriented class, and establish a center to guide students with comprehensive ability of software engineering. We also enhance the monitor of teaching quality, form a correct training position. By these measures, we establish a method to train excellent IT engineers.
