摘要
钣金件由于具备结构紧凑、外形美观可靠、加工周期短和成型成本低等优点,被广泛应用在冰箱箱壳、门板、压缩机托板以及门铰链设计中。折弯作为钣金件最主要的成形工序,其展开板料长度将对钣金折弯件尺寸精度产生影响。针对展开料长度精度计算问题展开研究,提出具体计算方法,旨在提高钣金折弯件加工尺寸精度。
Sheet metal parts are widely used in refrigerator casings, door panels, compressor pallets and door hinges due to their compact structure, beautiful appearance, short processing cycle and low molding cost. Bending is the most important forming process for sheet metal parts, and the unfolded sheet length will affect the dimensional accuracy of the sheet metal bending parts. Aiming at the problem of calculation of the length of the material, the specific calculation method is proposed to improve the dimensional accuracy of the sheet metal bending parts.
