摘要
针对一种节流阀体在加工过程中不良品率居高不下的问题,结合实际生产条件,并依据6σ方法建立DMAIC持续改进模型,对质量数据进行分析,并针对模型中对应问题提出具体解决方案,有效降低了不良产品出现概率。
Aiming at the problem that the rate of defective products in the processing process is high during the processing, combined with the actual production conditions, the DMAIC continuous improvement model is established according to the 6σ method, and the quality data is analyzed, and the corresponding specific problems in the model are proposed. Specific solutions to effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of bad products.
