摘要 为提高防水透湿膜的防护性能和舒适性,制备了TPU/PAN双组分静电纺防水透湿膜,探究了纺丝液溶质质量分数、电压、接收距离对PAN和TPU静电纺纳米纤维形貌的影响。研究确定,TPU最佳纺丝条件为:TPU质量分数19%,纺丝电压33kV,接收距离35cm,流速1.0mL/h;PAN最佳纺丝条件为:PAN质量分数11%,纺丝电压23 kV,接收距离23 cm,流速0.1 mL/h;TPU/PAN双组分静电纺防水透湿膜在TPU和PAN纺丝时间比为7∶3时防水透湿性能最佳,透湿量为13200 g/(m^2·24 h),耐静水压值为3 450 mmH_2O。 In order to improve the protection effect and comfort of the waterproof&moisture permeable film,the bicomponent TPU/PAN electrospun waterproof&moisture permeable film was prepared.The paper carried out a comprehensive research on the effect of the parameters including solution concentration,spinning voltage and receiving distance on the nanofiber morphology.The results showed that the optimized condition of TPU nanofiber preparation is as follows:the mass fraction is 19%,spinning voltage is 33 kV,receiving distance is 35 cm,and feeding speed is 1.0 mL/h;while the optimized condition of PAN nanofiber preparation is as follows:the mass fraction is 11%,spinning voltage is 23 kV,receiving distance is 23 cm,and feeding speed 0.1 mL/h.When the mass ratio of the TPU and PAN was 7∶3,the TPU/PAN electrospun waterproof&moisture permeable film can obtain the optimal waterproof&moisture property,the moisture permeability is 13 200 g/(m^2·24 h),hydrostatic pressure is 3450 mmH2O.
