摘要
基于CDIO工程教育模式,以黎明职业大学为例,通过与周大福珠宝联合开展珠宝门店销售与管理教学设计,以销售顾问课程为核心,分别从岗位能力训练构思、知识构架设计、课堂实施平台、运行机制4个方面进行详细阐述。实践证明:学生通过课程学习,销售技能显著提升,能达到企业人才需求的标准。
Construction of College-enterprise Cooperative Curriculum is an important way to train high-quality staff.On the basis of CDIO educational mode,Liming Vocational University and Chow Tai Fook work together to make an instructional design for the curruculum of Sales and Management of Jewelry Chains.Based on the course of Sales Consultants,the article elaborates on four aspects including position competency training,knowledge frame design,class implementation platform and operation mechanism.Practice shows that the course has helped students to improve their sales skills,which meet the needs of enterprises.
