摘要 骨转移瘤是骨骼系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤,原发于骨骼外系统,通过血行、淋巴等途径转移到骨,近年来在我国的发病率逐渐升高。早期确诊对于临床分期、治疗决策以及患者预后有重要意义。X线、CT、磁共振成像、^(99)Tc^m亚甲基二磷酸盐全身骨显像、正电子发射断层显像/计算机体层成像和单光子发射型计算机断层仪/计算机体层成像检查是诊断骨转移瘤的常用检查方法,各有优劣势。目前,综合应用影像学检查方法是诊断骨转移瘤的发展趋势,通过系统分析骨转移瘤常用影像学检查方法的特点及应用范围,可为临床医师提供更多诊疗依据,为患者选择高效的检查手段。 Osseous metastases is the most common malignant tumor in the skeletal system.It originates from the extraskeletal system and transfers to the bone through blood and lymph nodes.In recent years,the incidence of osseous metastases in China has been increasing.Early and accurate diagnosis is of great significance for the clinical staging,treatment and prognosis.X-ray,CT,magnetic resonance imaging,99 Tc m methylene diphosphonate whole body bone scintigraphy,positron emission tomography-computed tomography and single photon emission computed tomograhpy-computed tomography have their own advantages and disadvantages in diagnosis of osseous metastasis.At present,comprehensive application of imaging examination is the main trend in the diagnosis of osseous metastases.The systematic analysis of the common imaging examination features of osseous metastases and the scope of their application,can provide more diagnostic and therapeutic basis for the clinicians to select more effective examination methods.
