导流条安放角对动边界缝隙流水力特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步探讨不同导流条安放角对管道车动边界环状缝隙流水力特性的影响,采用模型试验和理论分析相结合的方法,对管道车导流条安放角变量分别为10°,15°,20°以及25°的动边界环状缝隙流场的水力特性进行研究.试验测试断面位于试验系统的平直管段,管道流量条件为40 m3/h,管道车荷载为600 g.研究表明:随着管道车导流条安放角的增加,管道车运移时动边界环状缝隙流的轴向流速与周向流速的最大值将逐渐增大,径向流速的最大值将逐渐减小,断面压强呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势;同一导流条安放角条件下,lc×dc=100 mm×70 mm(lc为管道车的料筒长度,dc为管道车的料筒直径)管道车动边界环状缝隙流的周向流速与径向流速最大,lc×dc=150 mm×60 mm管道车动边界环状缝隙流的轴向流速与压强最大;动边界环状缝隙流水力特性的变化主要存在于导流条两侧的近壁面流场区域.研究不仅丰富了环状缝隙流的相关理论,而且为管道车导流条的设计提供了理论基础. In order to further explore the effects of different guide strip angles on hydraulic characteristics of moving boundary annular gap flow of piped carriage,through model tests and theoretical analyses,the guide strips with angles of 10°,15°,20°and 25°were studied respectively.The test section was located within the straight pipeline of test system,whose control volume was 40 m 3/h,using the loadings of the piped carriage 600 g.The results show that,with the increase of the angles of the guide strip,the maximum value of the axial flow velocity and the circumferential flow velocity increase gra-dually,the maximum value of the radial velocity decreases gradually,and the pressure increase first and then decreases.With the same guide strips angles,the circumferential velocity and radial velocity of the annular gap flow of the piped carriage l c×d c=100 mm×70 mm(l c is the length of the barrel,d c is the diameter of the barrel)are the largest among three types of the piped carriages,and the axial velocity and pressure of the annular gap flow of the piped carriage l c×d c=150 mm×60 mm are the largest among three types of the piped carriages.The hydraulic characteristics of the annular gap flow of the piped carriage exist mainly in the near-wall areas of the flow field on both sides of guide strips.The study will enrich the annular gap flow theories and provide a theoretical basis for the design of guide strips.
