摘要
随着国家"一带一路"发展战略规划的推进,一些铁路、城轨交通、海绵城市、地下管廊等大型项目基础设施建设任务已经拉开序幕。在这些重点项目逐步推进和落地环境下,对砂石骨料的刚性需求日益增大,传统的砂石骨料生产线已无法满足目前市场的需求。随着计算机技术、自动化控制技术、智能化控制技术、集成化控制技术的发展,越来越多的砂石骨料生产线也引入了"自动化控制系统""智能化控制系统""集成化控制系统""无人化控制系统"来服务生产线。实现了砂石骨料线的"快速""安全""稳定"的生产要求;同时也实现了"绿色矿山""和谐矿区建设"的要求。文章详细分析了智能控制系统在砂石骨料行业中的应用。
With the advancement of the national“One Belt,One Road”development s trategy plan,s ome railway,u rban r ail transit,sponge cities,underground pipe corridors and other large-scale project infrastructure construction tasks have begun.Under the gradual advancement and landing environment of these key projects,the rigidity demand for aggregates of sand and gravel is increasing day by day.The traditional sand and gravel aggregate production line can no longer meet the needs of the current market.With the development of computer technology,automation control technology,intelligent control technology and integrated control technology,more and more sand and gravel aggregate production lines have also introduced“automatic control system”,“intelligent control system”and“integrated control system”.“Unmanned Control System”to serve the production line.The production requirements of“fast”,“safe”and“stable”of sand and gravel aggregates have been realized.At the same time,the requirements of“green mines”and“harmonic mine construction”have been realized.This paper analyzes in detail the application of intelligent control system in the sand and gravel aggregate industry.
