摘要
文章通过TEM、XRD、光学金相和磁滞回线测量等手段对常化前后的取向硅钢试样进行了分析,研究了常化工艺对取向硅钢组织织构的演变规律及最终磁性能的影响。结果表明:取向硅钢热轧板经常化后组织更均匀,热轧过程析出的抑制剂主要是Cu_2S,经常化处理后则主要析出AlN。经过常化处理后的试样在经过退火处理后,其组织中的γ织构强度较高。经常化处理后试样的磁感应强度明显高于未经常化处理的试样,且经常化处理的试样的铁损大幅度低于未经常化处理的试样。
The TEM,XRD,optical metallographic and hysteresis loop measurements were used to analyze the oriented silicon steel samples before and after normalization.The evolution of the microstructure of the oriented silicon steel and the final magnetic properties were studied.Impact.The results show that the microstructure of the oriented silicon steel hot-rolled sheet is more uniform after refining,and the inhibitor precipitated in the hot rolling process is mainly Cu2S.After regular treatment,AlN is mainly precipitated.After the normalized treatment,the sample has a highγtexture strength i n the microstructure after annealing.T he magnetic induction strength of the sample after rectification was significantly higher than that of the sample which was not regularly treated,and the iron loss of the sample which was frequently treated was significantly lower than that of the sample which was not regularly treated.
