摘要
采用数值模拟分析技术对一种GIS连接壳体初步设计的金属型低压铸造工艺进行充型凝固仿真分析与辅助工艺设计。仿真结果表明,初步设计工艺充型过程平稳,壳体顶部开孔的四个角处、法兰靠近内浇口处在凝固过程中出现热节,随着继续凝固的进行,缩孔出现;根据实际生产情况考虑升液管保温400以及模具使用浇口内衬后再次模拟,内浇口处法兰热节消除、缩孔消失;在完善模型的基础上,采用风冷控制上模模具初始温度为200℃及浇注过程中持续风冷,初步设计工艺充型凝固仿真出现的缺陷全部消除。
With the help of simulation technology,filling and solidification simulation of the preliminary design of low pressure casting process of metal mold of connecting housing in GIS was carried out and provides assistances for process design.The simulation results show that the filling process is stable and the hot sections of the preliminary process appear at the comers of the opening of the top of housing and the parts of flanges which are close to the inner gate.With solidification being in progress,shrinkage defects appear.Considering the tube through which the aluminum liquid is delivered is heated at 400℃and mold use gate lining,at the bottom of the flange close to the gate,hot section and shrinkages eliminate.Basing on improving model,defects appearing in filling and solidification simulation of the preliminary design completely are removed when the initial temperature of upper mold is controlled at 200℃and upper mold is cooling lasting by wind in the process of low pressure casting.
