摘要
从BIM技术对整个建筑行业生产关系的影响入手,分析了BIM技术对目前造价行业工作模式的改变。对目前造价行业使用的BIM算量软件及其发展方向进行了深入分析。给出工程造价咨询公司一种新的组织结构和业务拓展方向。最后,通过一个实际案例分析验证了所阐述内容的可行性。
This paper starts with the impact of BIM technology on the production relations of the whole construction industry,the change of BIM technology to the current working mode of the cost industry is analyzed.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the BIM calculation software used in the cost industry and its development direction.A new organizational structure and business development direction of engineering cost consulting company are given.Finally,the feasibility of the content is verified through a practical case analysis.
