摘要
目的:分析益肾化痰法方对乳腺癌骨转移患者血清血液PTHrP、FGF-β、BSP水平的影响及作用机制。方法:以河南中医药大学第三附属医院收治的乳腺癌骨转移患者90例为研究对象,采取数字表随机分组法分为观察组与对照组各45例,对照组实施常规乳腺癌骨转移治疗方法,观察组以对照组为基础使用益肾化痰方,对比两组患者血液PTHrP、FGF-β、BSP水平改变与差异及不良反应发生率。结果:干预前两组的PTHrP细胞阳性率无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后两组患者阳性率均降低,但观察组阳性率(69.42±3.12)%低于对照组(77.53±4.01)%,两组相比P<0.05;干预前两组患者的FGF–β细胞阳性指数无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后两组的细胞阳性指数均下降,但观察组的阳性指数(5.02±0.94)分低于对照组(6.80±0.82)分,两组相比P<0.05;干预前两组的BSP细胞阳性率无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后两组患者阳性率均降低,但观察组阳性率(61.31±6.45)%低于对照组(70.40±6.10)%,两组相比P<0.05;观察组患者的治疗不良反应发生率低于对照组(28.98%VS 53.33%),两组相比P<0.05。结论:乳腺癌骨转移患者常规治疗基础上加用益肾化痰方能够有效改善患者的血液PTHrP、FGF-β、BSP水平,对抗骨转移症状,并降低不良反应发生率,其机制与益肾化痰方改善肾虚骨髓空虚及药物有效成份可抑制骨破坏增加骨形成及改善免疫功能有关。
Objective:To analyze the effect and mechanism of Yishen Huatan Formula on serum levels of PTHrP,FGF-βand BSP in patients with bone metastases of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 90 breast cancer patients with bone metastases were randomly divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group was given routine treatment of breast cancer with bone metastases;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Yishen Huatan Formula.The serum levels of PTHrP,FGF-β,and BSP,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the positive rate of PTHrP cells between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,it was decreased in the both groups;it was(69.42±3.12)%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than(77.53±4.01)%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in positive index of FGF-βcell between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,it was decreased in the both groups;the positive index of the observation group was(5.02±0.94),which was significantly lower than(6.80±0.82)of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of BSP cells between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after the intervention,it was reduced in the both groups;the positive rate of the observation group was(61.31±6.45)%,which was significantly lower than(70.40±6.10)%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 28.98%,which was significantly lower than 53.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Huatan Formula can effectively improve the serum levels of PTHrP,FGF-β,and BSP on the basis of routine treatment for breast cancer with bone metastases,it can improve the symptoms of bone metastasis and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which mechanism may be related to improving deficiencies of Kidney and bone-marrow,inhibiting
