摘要
目的探讨卡前列甲酯栓联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液防治宫缩乏力性产后出血临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年3月至2017年12月收治的62例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者为研究对象。将所选患者按照对产后出血止血方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组产妇在胎儿娩出后直肠给予卡前列甲酯栓止血治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液肌注治疗,比较两组产妇产时、产后2 h、产后24 h出血量以及两组产妇不良反应发生情况。结果 (1)产时,两组产妇出血量比较差异无统计学意义,产后2 h以及产后24 h,观察组出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组不良反应发生率为19.35%,对照组不良反应发生率为9.68%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液对宫缩乏力性产后出血效果明确,且用药操作简便,不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Carboprost combined with Romethamine Injection in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.Methods 62 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.The selected patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the way of hemostasis of postpartum hemorrhage,and the two groups had 31 cases in each group.The control group was given the Carboprost hemostat after the birth of the fetus.The observation group was treated with Romethamine Injection muscle injection on the basis of the control group,and compared the bleeding amount of the two groups,2 hours postpartum,24 hours postpartum hemorrhage and two groups of maternal adverse reactions.Results①There was no significant difference in the amount of maternal bleeding between the two groups during delivery.The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 19.35%,while that in the control group was 9.68%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Carboprost combined with Romethamine Injection has a clear effect on uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage,and it is easy to use,less adverse reaction and high safety.
