摘要
目的探究糖尿病周围神经病变患者接受丹参多酚酸盐与甲钴胺联合治疗的价值。方法选取糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,所选时间为2016年2月至2017年5月,按照简单随机化法分为实验组和对照组,各50例,对照组实施甲钴胺治疗,实验组则实施甲钴胺与丹参多酚酸盐治疗,对比两组糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗结果。结果实验组DPN患者治疗的总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组DPN患者治疗前后的血糖水平相比,差异无统计学意义;两组DPN患者治疗后的炎症因子水平均低于治疗前,其中实验组治疗后的炎症因子水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组DPN患者治疗后的SOD、HCY水平、血管内皮功能指标水平较治疗前明显改善,其中实验组SOD、HCY水平、血管内皮功能指标水平改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者接受丹参多酚酸盐与甲钴胺联合治疗,可提高其治疗的疗效,改善其血清学指标。
Objective To explore the value of salvianolate combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from February 2016 to May 2017.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin,while the experimental group was treated with mecobalamin and salvianolate.The two groups of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were compared.Treatment outcome.Results The total effective rate of DPN patients in the experimental group(94.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%)with significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in blood sugar level between the two groups before and after treatment;the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of SOD,HCY and vascular endothelial function in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The levels of SOD,HCY and vascular endothelial function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the improvement was worse.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate combined with Mecobalamin can improve the curative effect and serological indexes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.
