摘要
目的:研究精细护理对心脑血管介入治疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的心脑血管介入治疗的患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理时加用精细护理方法,比较两组护理前后的负性情绪状况、生活质量评分和护理满意度情况。结果:护理前两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的护理总满意度为94.44%明显高于对照组的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.79,P=0.00)。结论:精细化护理对心脑血管介入患者有很大的帮助,可减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of fine nursing on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy.Method:A total of 108 patients with cardiovascular interventional therapy admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,the observation group was treated with fine nursing.The negative emotional status,quality of life score before and after nursing and satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 94.44%,significantly higher than 70.37%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.79,P=0.00).Conclusion:Fine nursing is very helpful for patients with cardiovascular intervention.It can alleviate anxiety and depression of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
