摘要
目的:分析"回头望月"治疗颈椎病前后的数字X线摄影(DR)联合核磁共振成像(MRI)影像学改变和效果,探讨DR联合MRI在颈椎病诊断及疗效判定中的价值。方法:选取本院收治的颈椎病患者100例,均给予"回头望月"治疗,并在治疗前后行DR联合MRI检查。观察患者临床效果及治疗前后的DR、MRI影像学表现,分析临床疗效与影像学结果的相关性。结果:100例患者痊愈79例(79.0%)、显效12例(12.0%)、有效6例(6.0%)、无效3例(3.0%)。DR、MRI影像学主要表现为骨质增生、椎小关节变窄、椎间盘突出、颈椎曲度改变等。治疗后单独DR、MRI检查主要影像学表现的阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),DR+MRI联合检查主要影像学表现的阳性率均明显高于单独DR、MRI检查(P<0.05);治疗后,单独DR、MRI痊愈+显效的主要影像学表现的阳性率均明显低于有效+无效(P<0.05)。结论:"回头望月"治疗颈椎病临床效果较好;相较于单独采用DR、MRI检查,两种检查方式联合应用于颈椎病的诊疗中能更好地反映疾病的严重程度及疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the value of DR combined with MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis by analyzing the changes and therapeutic effects of digital radiography(DR)combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)before and after the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method:100 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital were treated with“looking back at the moon”.DR and MRI were performed before and after treatment.The clinical effect of the patients and the imaging manifestations of DR and MRI before and after treatment were observed,and the correlation between the clinical effect and imaging results was analyzed.Result:100 patients were cured in 79 cases(79.0%),markedly effective in 12 cases(12.0%),effective in 6 cases(6.0%),and invalid in 3 cases(3.0%).The main manifestations of DR and MRI imaging were hyperosteogeny,small joint narrowing,intervertebral disc herniation,and cervical curvature change.After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the positive rate of main imaging manifestations in DR,MRI examination alone(P>0.05);when combined with DR+MRI,the positive rates of major imaging manifestations were significantly higher than those of DR and MRI alone(P<0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of the main imaging manifestations of the single DR,MRI cure+significant were significantly lower than those of the effective+ineffective(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis by“looking back at the moon”is better.Compared with the DR MRI examination alone,the combined application of the two examination methods in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis can better reflect the severity and efficacy of the disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
