摘要
目的研究肺结核患者的心理护理和健康教育的临床护理效果。方法选择我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的324例肺结核患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者均采用针对性护理措施,对比患者护理前后的抑郁、焦虑评分情况及健康知识知晓程度。结果进行护理后,患者的抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于护理前,且其健康知识知晓程度明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。324例肺结核患者经加入健康教育及心理干预后,总有效率为89.20%,复发率为10.80%。结论对肺结核患者采取针对性护理措施,对改善患者的心理健康状况有着积极作用,并且能够提高患者对于肺结核健康知识的认知程度,为患者的康复提供了更为全面的保障。
Objective To study the clinical nursing effects of psychological nursing and health education for tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 324 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients used targeted nursing measures,depression and anxiety scores and health knowledge before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the patients'depression and anxiety scores were significantly lower than those before nursing,and their knowledge of health knowledge was significantly higher than that before nursing.The results were significantly different(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 89.20%after patients joined health education and psychological intervention,and the recurrence rate was 10.80%.Conclusion Taking targeted nursing measures for tuberculosis patients has a positive effect on improving the patient's mental health status,and can improve the patient's awareness of tuberculosis health knowledge and provide a more comprehensive protection for the patient's rehabilitation.
