摘要
目的研究护理干预对甲状腺癌手术患者应激反应的影响。方法选取我院2017年5月—2018年3月收治的56例甲状腺癌手术患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用优质护理措施,观察并记录患者进行护理后的焦虑及抑郁情况、术中疼痛指数、术后呕吐及头痛发生情况、护理满意度评分。结果进行护理干预后,患者的焦虑及抑郁量表评分较低,术中疼痛指数较低,而术后发生呕吐的人数仅1例,头痛发生人数仅3例,进行治疗后均有所改善。结论对甲状腺癌手术患者采取优质护理干预措施,有利于改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少患者术中疼痛及术后呕吐、头痛的发生概率,提高了整体的护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on stress response in patients with thyroid cancer surgery.Methods 56 patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were given high quality nursing measures.Anxiety and depression,intraoperative pain index,vomiting and headache after operation,and nursing satisfaction score were observed and recorded.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression scale of patients were lower,the pain index was lower during the operation,and the number of vomiting and headache occurred in only 1 cases and 3 case respectively.After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression scale of patients were improved.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention measures for patients with thyroid cancer surgery can help to improve their anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of pain,vomiting and headache,and improve the overall nursing satisfaction.
