摘要
针对某型柴油发动机发电机频繁失效的故障案例,结合装载机的工作环境,对发电机调节器的失效样品进行由浅及深的剖析,确定失效的根本原因为硫化失效,并有针对性地提出改进优化方案,通过试验验证改进方案的有效性,为其他零部件的设计与故障分析提供参考。
Aiming at the fault cases of frequent failure of a diesel engine generator,and combined with the working environment of the loader,the failure samples of the generator regulator are analyzed from shallow level to deep level.It is determined that the root cause of failure is sulfation failure,and the improved optimization scheme is put forward correspondingly.The effectiveness of the improved scheme is verified by experiments,which provides reference for the design and fault analysis of other components.
