汽油机水冷中冷器进气歧管设计和性能研究 被引量:3

Design and Performance of Intake Manifold for Water-cooled Intercooler of Gasoline Engine

摘要 以风冷中冷器的增压汽油机为原型,设计开发与增压发动机相匹配的集成水冷中冷器的进气歧管。通过三维仿真、发动机台架试验、整车一维仿真分析,对比验证集成在进气歧管中的水冷中冷器与原风冷中冷器性能的差异。分析结果表明:发动机外特性工况下,水冷中冷器进气压力损失比风冷减少50%;水冷中冷器的增压空气管路长度缩短60%;水冷中冷器出气温度比风冷降低3℃以上。 Based on a turbocharged gasoline engine with aircooled intercooler,the intake manifold of an integrated water-cooled intercooler matching the turbocharged engine was designed and developed.Through the threedimensional simulation,engine bench test and vehicle onedimensional simulation analysis,the performance difference between water-cooled intercooler integrated in intake manifold and original aircooled intercooler was verified.The results show that the intake pressure loss of watercooled intercooler is 50%less than that of air-cooled one,the length of pressurized air pipeline of watercooled intercooler is 60%shorter,and the outlet temperature of water-cooled intercooler is lower than that of aircooled one by more than 3℃.
