摘要
目的:探讨中医人文关怀在老年桡骨骨折患者诊治中的效果。方法:选择我院于2017年2月-2018年2月收治的100例老年桡骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组运用常规诊治,观察组在常规诊治的基础上增加中医人文关怀,分析不同诊治后疾病改善效果、患者满意度情况差异。结果:在治疗总有效率上,观察组为98.0%,显著高于对照组84.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者满意率上,观察组为96.0%,显著高于对照组72.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医人文关怀可以有效地改善老年桡骨骨折患者诊治效果,提升恢复质量,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of TCM humanistic care on diagnosis and treatment of senile patients with flexion fracture.Method:100 senile patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment;the observation group received TCM humanistic care more.The treatment effects and satisfaction in groups were analyzed.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was 98.0%,and significantly higher than 84.0%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.0%,and significantly higher than 72.0%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM humanistic care could effectively enhance effectiveness on senile patients with flexion fracture,and improve patients'satisfaction.
