摘要
目的:探讨整体护理在体外冲击波碎石术治疗孤立肾结石患者围术期护理中的应用价值及分析。方法:选择孤立肾结石患者100例为对象,随机分为两组。两组均接受体外冲击波碎石术治疗,对照组行常规护理,研究组行整体护理干预。结果:研究组护理满意度(96.00%)明显高于对照组(78.00%),研究组并发症发生率(6.00%)明显低于对照组(22.00%),组间比较有明显差异性,P <0.05。结论:孤立肾结石患者围术期护理中运用整体护理可以明显提高临床护理满意度,减少并发症发生率,促进疾病预后。
Objective:To explore the value and analysis of holistic nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with solitary kidney stones treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods:One hundred patients with solitary kidney stones were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy;the control group received routine nursing,and the study group was given an overall nursing intervention.Results:The satisfaction rate of nursing(96.00%)in the study group was significantly higher than 78.00%in the control group.The incidence of complications(6.00%)in the study group was significantly lower than 22.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The holistic nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with solitary kidney stones can significantly improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote disease prognosis.
