摘要
目的:观察中西医结合方案治疗中枢性卒中后疼痛临床效果。方法:将46例患者分为两组,每组23例。对照组常规口服普瑞巴林,试验组在常规给予普瑞巴林的治疗基础上增加中医治疗方案。结果:治疗后,试验组患者VAS评分、QS评分、SF-36评分及疗效比较均优于对照组。结论:中西医结合方案治疗中枢性卒中后疼痛临床效果较佳。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on CPSP.Methods:46 cases were divided into two groups,23 cases in each.The control group was given pregabalin;and the experimental group was given the integrative medicine.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores,QS scores,SF-36 scores and efficiency in the experimental group were better.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on CPSP showed a good effect.
