摘要
近年来,我国不断加大水资源的开发力度,导致水资源的利用处于长期超负荷状态,加上节水意识淡薄,水资源得不到合理利用,导致用水形势更加紧张,而此时水资源使用与供应冲突加剧,所以,为了实现水资源的合理化利用,就要考虑水文条件对水资源可持续利用的意义。文章将从水资源开发利用的现状着手,论述水文对水资源可持续利用的必要性,在此基础上就如何加强水资源可持续开发利用提出相应的举措。
In recent years,our country unceasingly increases the water resources development dynamics,causes the water resources utilization to be in the long-term overload condition,in addition the water-saving consciousness is weak,the water resources cannot obtain the reasonable utilization,causes the water use situation to be more tense.In order to realize the rational utilization of water resources,it is necessary to consider the significance of hydrological conditions for the sustainable use of water resources.This paper discusses the necessity of hydrology for the sustainable utilization of water resources,and puts forward the corresponding measures on how to strengthen the sustainable development and utilization of water resources on the basis of the present situation of the exploitation and utilization of water resources.
